Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 
If 5 days after you made the order our shipping confirmation email with tracking number hasn't reached you - something dirty has happened. Let us know at [email protected] and we will clear this out.

It depends on where you live. We are based in Vilnius, Lithuania. So our glasses will come to your house much faster if you live in Europe, in the rest of the world it could take 10-30 business days. If you can’t or don’t want to wait, we offer you DHL Express shipping.

All of our sunglasses are handmade from scratch in our own shop, so it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them.

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
